I grew up with a camera in one hand, a pen in the other, and several paint brushes tucked chaotically away in my hair.

My first job was at a portrait photography studio.  I was enamored with their innovative outdoor portraits that captured the personality of their clients.  I insisted that they do my “traditional” senior year high school portraits the same way, even if they were not my official school photographers.  We captured those photos at a beloved creek, and despite hating being the subject of photos at that time in my life, those were my most cherished photos, because they captured my story.

That is who I am, a story teller.

Whether I am creating with my camera, paints, or words, (often a mix of them all), I am always sharing a story.

Whether you want portraits of you, your family, your pets, important events (weddings, anniversaries, Quinceañeras, birthdays, proposals), or special places (the spot of your first date, where you first met, your favorite beach, vineyard, hiking trail), or special items (vehicles, jewelry), I will work with you to create images that embody your spirit--your story.

If you want to create special projects and unique gifts (groom books, conceptual portraits), or commission other artistic ventures, I would love to help you develop, hone, and produce your vision.  I specialize in outdoor photography with natural light, and have recently started doing therapeutic Farewell Sessions for clients having to say goodbye to their beloved pets.  Whether you have no idea where to begin, other than a feeling you want to convey, or you know your final desired outcome and merely need help executing it, I am excited and honored to assist.  If you wonder if I can travel to your area, send me a message!
